Known to be the most successful movie franchise of all time, the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues to dominate the big screen. No one actually thought that it would be as big as it is now especially when The Avengers was released in 2012. You might think that with the kind of technology back in the day, it would be tough to create amazing sci-fi films.
It turns out that Lucas beat the odds when he created this universe with a limited source of CGI. The Star Wars saga is known to have the most age-diverse fans in the world since it began in the 70s and films are still being released today.
The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter
If you have not witnessed the magical world of Harry Potter on the big screen, then you have got to be living under a rock. When British author J.K. Rowling released the first book in the series, it was a massive hit.
It became one of the best-selling fictional books of all time which led to it being adapted into the big screen. Little did anyone know that it would even make a bigger success over the years. Just like the MCU, Warner Bros. Made sure that the fanbase from all over the world would be hooked for decades.
They did just that and in fact, they are still doing it and not just on the big screen. An online encyclopedia and interactive website called Pottermore was introduced not too long after the final Harry Potter film was released. Aside from that, Universal Studios also created the Wizarding World of Harry Potter for the fans to experience.
