Best Hollywood Songs And How To Choose The Best

best hollywood songs

Ever wonder how they coped? Did they write the songs or were they sung by some unknown singer? Well, it was a great mixture of both and all that is listed below is a listing of some of the best Hollywood songs ever. Enjoy!

Waltz For Audrey

A dog that is standing in the snow

This is the first song that comes to my mind when I hear the term “Hollywood songs”. This is without a doubt the most beautiful song that has ever been used in a film and it’s sung by Audrey Hepburn. The style and the emotion are superb. I particularly love the part when she says, “Don’t let the cat out of the bag!” This is also one of the few films where they actually show the cat (cat in this case) and you see her wailing as the song goes on.

Billie Jean

A man standing next to a body of water

This song was a big hit when it first came out and is still a great example of how to use music in a movie. This was a music video and the song was so popular that Michael Jackson did a cover version. It was a huge smash, and it became known as the video that set the ball rolling for a generation of music videos. In fact, when you watch any music video from this time period you will almost certainly see a Billie Jean version. It might even be worth getting for a party because it is such a great memory.

You Better Go Out

This is a song which was actually written for a movie that came out a few years later, it’s about a girl who finally gets married. There are a lot of great movies from the 80s which use this song and include one which I happen to love, The Breakfast Club. You can always feel comfortable watching this movie on DVD these days due to the re-releases.

Mr. Tambourine man – This is a song which was actually written for another movie that came out a few years later, it’s about a guy who has a piano in his house. It’s a funny song and it really captures the spirit of the movie quite well. The music video for this is also quite funny. A Mr. Tambourine man is great for any party.

Mary Poppins Theme Song

This is another song which was a big hit and features the classic Disney Princesses, including Cinderella. Of course you could also choose your favourite Disney Princess character and sing this song. It’s a wonderful song and it is always a good option to have on hand. It’s a song that makes me feel young again when I hear it. It would be a good choice for a children’s party or just an enjoyable song to sing at any occasion.

You Are Here

This is a song which was also a very popular hit. Of course it features the classic Walt Disney characters as well. Of course if you’ve seen the movie yourself you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. Again a beautiful song and a fantastic choice of music for a Disney inspired party.

Conclusion

Obviously these are just some of the best and most memorable songs from the greatest movie genre of all time. There are many more great songs that will feature in the movies of the future. Who knows, maybe some day we’ll look back and remember all the amazing songs from past movies like Back to the Future and Shrek. It’s a great way to go back to some of the best Disney movie memories.
